Murrell Christopher Howell is 5 foot tall, weighs 130 lbs and has blonde hair and blue eyes. He has a noticeable scar on her forehead. His 34 year old father Murrell Michael Howell is 5 foot 11 inches, weighs 300 lbs with brown hair and hazel eyes. There is an active warrant out for his arrest. Because Colorado and Texas are the 2 leads that officers have, I-70 and I-35 are the major highways we need to pay particular attention to.
