The Riggs

Sometimes during a divorce, a Judge may give temporary custody to grandparents while the court is making a decision on whom the children should live with. That is the circumstance of this week's case.

Missing from Independence, Mo are four siblings: 14 year old Spencer Riggs, 11 year old Raven, 9 year old Kelley and 6 year old Rhiannon. They were last seen in the backyard of their grandparent's home. It is believed they are now with their non-custodial mother, who may choose to try and remove them from the state.
