A family in a small town near Hays, Kansas is hoping you will call in a lead to bring their 16 year daughter home.

Victoria Martens is 5 foot 2, weighs 160 lbs with light brown hair and brown eyes. She is believed to be with 24 year old Israel Mireles who is 5 foot 7 weighs 145 and has brown hair and brown eyes. Within days of her disappearance, a felony warrant was issued for his arrest.
