Neveah Ousley

December 28th started out to be a great day for a father in Ohio. He was awarded custody of his 4 year old daughter. That was ruined when the non-custodial mother left the state with her.

Neveah Ousley is 3 foot 10 and weighs 40 lbs. She has blonde hair and blue eyes. Her 25 year old non-custodial mother came from Wisconsin for the hearing. We don’t have a picture yet, but Tamara Gale is 5 foot 5 weighs 117 lbs with blonde hair and blue eyes. She drives a 2001 grey Audi with Wisconsin plates 994LNC. Tamara allegedly is known to use drugs and has criminal warrants out for her arrest.
