Harrington & Battle Children

A frantic mother called to report her 3 year old son and 1 year old twin daughters missing, stating that she feels they were taken by their non-custodial father.

Cedric Harrington is 3 foot tall, weighs 38 lbs with black hair and brown eyes. His 1 year old twin sisters, Agena and Aliyah Battle are both 2 foot tall weighing 25 lbs with black hair and brown eyes. 28 year old Eddie Harrington. He is 5 foot 9 and weighs 195 lbs. There are numerous tattoos on his chest and rib case. Officers are told he is traveling in a 2002 green Chevy Impala with Indiana plates 93L4740.
