Reannah Haddad

A mother is hoping we can help her locate her missing 2 year old daughter.

Reannah Haddad is 2 foot 6 weighs 25 lbs with black hair and brown eyes. She has a birthmark on her lower back. She was taken by her 52 year old non-custodial father, Richard who is 5 foot 6 weighs 140 lbs also with black hair and brown eyes. There is a felony warrant out for his arrest.
