She is under the negative influence of 40 year old James Joseph Reimer who is 5 foot 10, weighs 280 lbs with brown hair and blue eyes. He may have have shaved his beard. They are traveling in a white 1994 Mercury Cougar with Oklahoma plates VRW932 with significant front end damage. He will be arrested when he is located.
