She anwers to the names of Beth or Annie. Bethanie is 5 foot tall and weighs 70 lbs. She also has blonde hair and blue eyes. There is a very noticeable scar on her chin. These children are believed to be with their non-custodial mother, Cynthia Lane. She answers to the name of Cindy and may use the last name of Green. Cindy is 5 foot 8 inches tall and weighs 240 lbs. She has brown hair and brown eyes. Cynthia has a large scar on the back right side of her neck and may wear glasses or contact lenses The mother and the 2 children left the state in a green 2001 Ford Tauras with Colorado license plates 824FSO.
