Joseph, Isabella, & Kenneth Bailey

A father is hoping we can find his 3 children that were last seen in Northmoor Mo.

This is 10 year old Joseph Bailey who is 4 foot 6 and weighs 80 lbs, his 6 year old sister, Isabella is 3 foot 6 and weighs 40 lbs and their 4 year old brother Kenneth who is 3 foot and weighs 35 lbs. Hiding her children is 28 year old Celeste Bailey. She is 5 foot 6, weighs 170 lbs with dark brown hair like her children. We are also looking for Michael Nigro who drives a white GMC Envoy with MO plates SB1N6C and a red Pontiac Grand Am with North Carolina plates SVS6336 that belongs to Celeste.
