Emanual Guzman

I-70 between Kansas City and Colorado has been the route of many child recovery cases and we are hoping for another one this week.

1 year old Emanual Guzman is 2 foot tall weighs 30lbs with black hair and brown eyes. Both parents,31 year old Carmen and 30 year old Benito refused to cooperate with the courts and left the area. We are told they could be in either a brown 1999 Jeep Cherokee with Co plates 781SLH or a tan Ford pickup bearing plates 491SKZ.
