A new red light traffic camera in Missouri is helping in a missing child case verifying the missing kids have been in our area.

4 year old Terry Benjamin Durham is 3 foot tall and weighs 40 lbs, his 2 year old sister, Alyssa Taylor is 2 foot 6 and weighs 30 lbs. Both children have blonde hair and blue eyes as does their 26 year old mother, Robin who is 5 foot 7 and weighs 135 lbs. They are with 29 year old Brain McDowell who according to prison records is 5 foot 9 and weighs 180 lbs. There is now a felony warrant for Brian for failing to show up for his Jury Trial reference sex crimes against a small child. He did state that he will never return to prison and officers would have to shoot him. A traffic camera showed their 1996 green Ford Winstar ran a red light. The North Carolina tag number is YSL5509.
