Parents of a 17 year old girl that ran way under the influence of an adult man are beginning to feel helpless due to their daughter’s age.

Heather Martin is 5 foot 7 weighs 130 lbs with hazel eyes and light brown hair and has a medical need. She is thought to be with a man a few years old and has told friends she intends on marrying him. Law Enforcement’s hands are usually tied in cases where kids are getting close to 18 years of age. It is hard though, to set a case aside when parents are hurting so bad and everyone feels their child is not making a good decision.
