The family of a 13 year old girl is desperately asking for help in locating their missing 13 year old daughter.

Judi Juarez is 4 foot 6, weighs 100 lbs with black hair and brown eyes. She is under the negative influence of 22 year old Jose Cano. He is 5 foot 7 weighs 175 lbs with black hair and brown eyes. This week a warrant for kidnapping was issued for his arrest.
