Officers and family members desperately need you help locating a 14 year old girl taken from her home.

Elvia Morales is 4 foot 5 weighs 110 lbs with black hair and brown eyes. She has a birthmark on her left arm. She was allegedly abducted by 36 year old Juan Martinez. He is 5 foot 6 weighs 145 lbs with black hair and brown eyes with a scar on the top of his head. Juan had been doing some work at the family’s home and one day when he arrived, he pushed a family member aside and took Elvia, driving off in a maroon Nissan. A warrant for kidnapping has been issued for his arrest.
