A sister and brother ran away at different times from different locations, but officials feel they may be together.

15 year old Rachel Moulder is 5 foot 6 120 lbs with blonde hair and green eyes. Her 12 year old brother John is 4 foot 10 weighs 130 lbs with brown hair and blue eyes. There is one more sibling, a 17 year old, but she was in a family court on a contempt issue and has not provided any information about her brother and sister. Someone must be helping to hide and support these children. Those people will risk being charged in court also.

You must be thinking that something has happened within this family for all children to runaway and you are right. They ran from different placements to be together. They need the right kind of help so they can remain together.
