This is 15 year old Roddy Lindsey Webb from Black Jack Mo. He is 5 foot 9 weighs 190 lbs with black hair and brown eyes. Also missing is 14 year old Samantha Schmidt O’Hava who is 5 foot 6 weighs 180 lbs with blonde hair and blue eyes. We are told that she is with a juvenile male, left the state of Texas, traveling through Kansas City on their way to Colorado.
