Officers in Indiana could use any information you have as they help the custodial family of a 5 year old missing from their state. Sarah Sullivan is 3 foot 3 inches tall and weighs 40 lbs with brown hair and brown eyes. She was taken by her non-custodial mother, Denise Sullivan. They are traveling in a 1984 Toyota Tercel with California plates 4ZHX618. Sarah was placed in protective custody after making some allegations of improper things going on at home. The mother was allowed supervised visits, but ordered not to attempt to take the child from the county where the courts have jurisdiction. She did not listen to the Judge and left the state. The Judge issued a pickup order for the child which allows any law enforcement officer to take the child into custody. A felony warrant for Denise is expected this week. for Missing and Exploited Children Recently Denise ran out of gas in Missouri and a State Trooper stopped to help her. Unfortunately the pickup order had not been entered in the police computer yet, so the officer was not aware of the situation. It is now in the system, so we need to find them again. |
