Bianca
Noel Piper Officers in Foley Mo could use information you might have on a 13 year old missing since March 10, 2005. Foley Mo is a small town north of I-70 as you get close to St. Charles, Mo. Bianca Noel Piper is 5 foot 6 inches tall and weighs 185lbs. She has brown hair and brown eyes. Bianca has scars on her arms, legs and abdomen and pierced ears. She was last seen wearing blue jeans, a gray Adidas sweatshirt and white tennis shoes. Her nickname is B. Bianca has the learning level of only a second grader. She is also taking medication for other issues. If you see her please call the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children at 1-800-the-lost, that's 1-800-843-5678. Because of Bianca's medical issues and her lower learning level, her mother sometimes will drop her off about a mile away from their home and allow Bianca to walk back home by herself to "walk off her frustration". That is what happened on the day Bianca went missing. Her mother dropped her off on McIntosh Hill Road. Bianca never made it home and has not been seen or heard from since. This case is very disturbing. We would appreciate any leads you could give us. |
