Cermen Toney

On the morning of November 6, 2005, a 4 year old boy was last seen at his cousin’s house in East St. Louis.

Missing now is Cermen Toney. He is 3 foot tall and weighs 30 lbs with black hair and brown eyes. His cousin is 20 year old Anquiatte Parker. She is 5 foot 3 inches tall, weighs 140 lbs with black hair and brown eyes. They were last seen in a black Ford, but that vehicle was later found abandoned near I-70. They have not been seen or heard from since. We are hoping that someone gave them a ride or is providing them a home.
