Many times when a child goes to spend time with a grandparent during the summer, the child thinks they are special and thinks they will have fun. But in this week’s case, a 54 year old grandmother and her 46 year old boyfriend, decided to change those plans and took the girl and ran.

8 year old Angelica Livingston probably now has a different impression of her grandmother. She is 4 foot 3 inches and weighs 50 lbs with black hair and brown eyes. The grandmother, Portia Washington is 5 foot 7 inches tall and weighs 162 lbs with black hair and brown eyes. Her boyfriend is Kenneth Lynch. He is 5 foot 11 inches tall and weighs 167 lbs. They were last seen in a 2005 tan Ford Focus with South Carolina plates 682SEH.

To make this case more complicated, Kenneth was located for a short time, but totally denied knowing anything about the whereabouts of the girl or the grandmother. Officers were not able to hold him because they did not have enough information to prove he had done anything illegal. Were hoping he will lead us to the child, but he will probably be real cautious of his next move. So please call if you know anything.
