2 kids missing from Colorado have been taken from a man that recently has been released from prison. We need your help to find them.

Missing now is 15 year old Jessica Garcia. She is 5 foot 2 inches tall, weighs 120 lbs with brown hair and brown eyes. The abductor also allegedly kidnapped her 11 year old brother, Jose Cerrato. He is 4 foot 8 inches, weighs 98 lbs with brown hair and brown eyes.

Pedro Rodriguez is the suspect in this case. He is not related to these children. Pedro is 5 foot 3 inches tall, weighs 145 lbs with black hair and brown eyes. He may use the alias names of Felipe Gonzales or Jose Manzano. A felony warrant for kidnapping was issued the same day the kids disappeared.

Pedro’s past criminal record gives officers great concern for the safety of these kids. Pedro has been in prison for Sexual misconduct, he was found guilty of fondling a child. When he was released form prison, he was deported, but he found his way back into the states. Now with this new warrant, he stands to do many more years in prison, so we consider him very dangerous. We also believe that he has said something to these children that they either fear him or he is making promises he has no intention of keeping. In other words, Pedro is manipulating these children, so please call if you see them.
