Donovyn Joseph Schmidt is 2 foot 3 inches tall, weighs 16 lbs with brown hair and brown eyes. He has a birthmark on the right side of his face.
 
The non-custodial father is 27 year old Jerry Jimenez. He is 6 foot 1 inch tall and weighs 300 lbs with black hair and brown eyes. He shaves his head and has 2 very noticeable large scars on the top of his head. Some of his tattoos include the words “Live with the sinners, Cry with the Saints” across his entire upper part of his chest. There are 2 clown faces under the wording. He also has an angel on his upper right arm.

Earlier this week, the mother, Samantha received tips that her son is being babysat by other people. She was surprised because Jerry does not have a job or a car. There are allegations that he may not get his money the honest way. At one home, when she went to the door an older woman said yes she had babysat the child just the day before.
