Deonna Shipman is 3 foot 3 inches tall, weighs 35 lbs with blonde hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing white lightup sandals, purple pants and a purple shirt. She was last seen with her non-custodial father, Jeffrey Shipman. 46 year old Shipman left the state of NY after losing custoday of Deonna and is now wanted for Custodial Interference. He may be driving a 2000 green Dodge Caravan with NY plates BHG4492.
